Policies

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Lessons cancelled within 24 hours will be charged in full.

• Unfortunately, inclement weather is a part of having outdoor lessons. Lessons are only cancelled for extreme or dangerous weather conditions and are not cancelled if rainy. We recommend rashguards or wetsuits if your child gets cold easily.

• Lessons do NOT make your child drownproof. Each child reacts to learning to swim differently and pushing a child too fast can create lasting fear. We work to meet each child where they are and to make them comfortable and the safest they can possibly be in the water.
