Izzy and Lily Caplin have lived in Sag Harbor their entire lives. Growing up near the sea, swimming is central to their lives. Seeing firsthand the importance of water safety and feeling joy each time they enter the water, their goal is to bring some of their love of the water to each swimmer they work with.
